DELIVERY
Uchify provides measurements for all its furniture on its website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the sofas have enough access to be delivered into their location. A quick checklist:
During deliveries, if you have pets that may impede the process, please put them in another room. You can find the full measurement guide here.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to not checking the above, the delivery charge will be borned by the customer.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT POLICY
Uchify warrants that their products be free from manufacturing defects for a specific length of time from date of purchase. If you have received our product(s) with manufacturing defects, out of the acceptable tolerance range based on Uchify's standard policy (as found in our Upholstery Care Advice), Uchify will at its discretion, offer to repair or replace the part and/or the item on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty periods vary by products (as shown below).
This warranty is valid only for the original residential address of which the products were first delivered when purchased. The warranty is non-transferable.
Uchify will pay for, and at its sole discretion, reasonable and customary labour rates to repair or replace at its option, any of the parts found, upon examination by representative of Trends Furniture Pte Ltd to contain a material manufacturing defect. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Uchify reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality at its sole discretion. Replacement fabrics and leather may vary in colour or grain.
These Limited Warranties is applicable to purchases made on Uchify online store at uchify.com. All references to customer’s home in these Limited Warranties refer to the original point of delivery address located in Singapore. Uchify reserves the right to adjust the price for customary labour rates, shipping costs and amend the warranty terms and conditions without notice or permission from any party.

The original purchaser will be responsible for replacement parts, labour and transportation costs after the limited warranty period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty period will commence from the date of delivery.
The warranty will be invalidated if the original purchaser does not follow or carry out proper care and maintenance as outlined in Uchify's care guides or where the product has been modified/altered or abused.
Our responsibility shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
WARRANTY EXCLUSION
This warranty does not cover general wear and tears such as flattening, nap, piling, fading, abrasion, accidental cleaning, shrinking, incorrect cleaning methods or if abuse is evident.
This warranty does not apply to products (furniture or sofas) that have been placed outdoors with constant sun exposure or in a humid environment, or if the product(s) has been used for non-domestic purposes.
This warranty does not apply to products (furniture or sofas) that have been exposed to water or damp environment.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly.
This warranty does not apply to products (furniture or sofas) whereby excessive force has been applied to mechanical parts and joints.
Products made of natural materials but not limited to leather, feather, timber, veneers, and marble may demonstrate unique markings, textural differences and colour variations. These are natural characteristics and in no way considered defects.
All our sofas are Made-To-Order (customised) and handmade, with no two hides alike, slight alignment runs are to be expected and not to be considered defects.
This warranty does not apply to products taken out of Singapore or loss of time, usage, money, or loss/damage to personal property.
This warranty does not apply to products sold on ‘as-in’ basis and/ or Display items.
This warranty does not supersede the 6-month limited warranty for Display items.
REMEDY
Under these Limited Warranties, our exclusive obligation during the applicable warranty period is to repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any part(s) found, upon examination by a qualified representative of Uchify, to contain a manufacturing defect. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement leathers or fabrics may vary in colour and grain/ texture.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted under law, our maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(s) purchased.
